Siam Park finally opened! It is a blast!!!
Friday, October 3rd, 2008This September we finally saw the long awaited opening of the Siam Park, the brand new “Water Kingdom” in San Eugenio. The park is a ball, there are many breathtaking glides and rides, both for young and younger, a pool with awesome waves, a wonderful white sand beach with pool bar and restaurant, and many other attractions. A true must when you come to Tenerife!
We had a great time at the Siam Park in September, went with a small group of people, and felt as if we were 11 years old again. The park offers truly sensational glides, people scream and shout, everybody has a splendid time, impressive! The Dragon ride is one of the most spectacular ones, because of the drop, the sensations… The Tower of Power is the most breathtaking ride, with a height of 28m and an almost vertical drop, some will be able to reach a speed of approx 40km/h, this is the most thrilling ride!
Tickets are for sale at the entrance at 28 euros for adults and 18 euros for children up to 11 year olds, for residents prices are set at 25 euros for adults and 16 euros for children. There is also a special twin ticket on offer if you plan on visiting the Loro Parque as well, then you can obtain a 49 euro ticket for adults, 33 euros for children, and visit both parks during your stay. The Siam Park is open from 10am till 6pm in summer, from 25th October it will be open till 5pm.
