Building permit for Jardines del Palm-Mar granted!
Yes, good news for the off plan property buyers of Jardines del Palm-Mar:
The Building licence has been granted by Town Hall Arona. This means the building works have finally started. After successfully finishing the necessary test for the stability of the underground and more, the plot now has a fence all around and the foundation works have started.
We will make photos of the evolution of the works, so even though you are not present you can follow the works from at home and stay updated. You will be able to find the photos on our websites.
