El presidente de Terrazas del Duque 1 ha decidido reemplazar el sistema de mandos para el garaje de Terrazas del Duque. El cambio se hara efectivo el proximo lunes 28 de Mayo, asi­ que esta semana entre el 23 y 25 de mayo se podran recoger los nuevos mandos en la recepcion de la primera fase. Hasta ahora no habr­an mandos todavia, asi que esperamos que manana haya, porque si el lunes se cambia el sistema, mas de uno se quedara delante de unas puertas cerradas!

Si alguien necesita ayuda para la recogida de los mandos, no duden en contactar con nosotros, le ayudaremos a recoger el mando mediante autorizacion.

After a slow start in november and december sales started picking up again and sellers and buyers were happy with the deals we made for them.

The El Duque area is a very popular place to own a property as it is in the best situated place in the island, though it is not easy to find the right property because there are only a few private complexes between all the 5 star hotels like Bahia Del Duque, Gran Tacande, Costa Adeje Gran Hotel and Vincci Hotel. Good news for non-residents of Spain: The Capital Gains Tax (CGT) has now been reduced from 35% to 18%. This reduction applies only for non-residents selling their Spanish property, which will probably induce into an even greater attraction of foreign investors to the Spanish real estate market.

It was thanks to the EC that Spain was forced to change this rule, as Spain was actually discriminating non-residents. At the same time the resident tax was increased by 3%, to have one same rule for all.

Well sign posted if you have rented a car, but only a short taxi drive from your apartment rental. Golf Costa Adeje is a par 72 course, designed by Jose Gancedo back in 1998.
The par-72 Costa Adeje Golf played host to the PGA Spanish Open of 2003, but do not let this deter you, the 6,244 metre-long championship course is player-friendly, meaning the fairways are wide and well manicured.

Golf Las Americas
Opened in the same year, March, Golf Las Americas hosted the European LPGA Tours Tenerife Ladies Open in 2003. It is a 6,039 metres long, par-72 course and was designed by John Jacobs Golf Associates Ltd.
